Our Recreation Ministry is a fun place to connect with friends and family through athletics and some friendly competition. This ministry allows us to reach out to the community and share the love of Christ in a laid back atmosphere making everyone feel welcome. We are equipped with basketball courts, a jogging track, a racquetball court, a children’s play area, volleyball equipment and an exercise and weight room. There are some requirements to use the exercise and weight room for safety reasons along with a small fee. We have activities throughout the year including a basketball league, a volleyball league, golf tournaments, a softball league, family ski trip, stretch class and more. Check with our Recreation staff for more information about all these activities as they each occur at different times throughout the year. We offer camps during the summer and a kids and youth basketball league in the winter months. We are a church that is all about connecting with our people, welcoming people into our doors and providing activities for families to participate together.

Update September 15, 2020:
Beginning September 21, in addition to the walking track and weight room being available for use Monday -Thursday we will also have Pickleball available as well on those days. We will be increasing the maximum number on the walking track from six to ten and provide longer time slots. Like before you can click on the link below to sign-up for the activity and/or equipment. Regarding Pickleball members can sign up for a court on the link below as well as list those who will be playing with them. As with the walking track and weight room the Pickleball sign-up will have a different link for each day. We will also resume our Tuesday and Thursday stretch class at 2:00pm; participants will be expected to bring their own mats and clean them between usage. The showers and the locker rooms will also be made available at this time. Please note, that participants will still need to sign up for their time slots, as we are still open by appointment only. By signing up for a time slot and entering the building you are stating that you:
Have had no fever of 100.4° F or greater in the last 2 days:
Have had no cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell:
Had no contact with a person known to be infected with COVID-19 within the previous 14 days;
Have no compromised immune system and/or have chronic diseases.

What to expect:
Upon entering the building you will be asked to wear a mask unless you are currently exercising.
We also encourage you bring a water bottle since the AR Department has deemed water fountains a “high touch surface.”
The Locker Rooms, until further notice, are for storage of personal items only. Showers will be made available.
You will be admitted into the building no earlier that 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Once the hour is up, recreation staff will begin to usher people out so that we can disinfect areas of use.
