Patrick Miller was a part-time employee at Immanuel Baptist Church starting in September 2011. He became a full-time employee in May 2014, as the Assistant Director for the Children’s Ministry through Jan 2016.

Mr. Miller continued to stay and serve in the preschool ministry until March 2016. While employed by Immanuel, Mr. Miller served primarily in the Kid’s Ministry but also volunteered in Vacation Bible School, the Recreation Ministry, Youth Basketball, and in the Preschool Ministry.

During his participation in Immanuel ministries, Mr. Miller interacted and developed relationships with numerous children and students.  Two young students asserted abuse by Patrick Miller to the authorities. In late 2018, Mr. Miller was charged with sexual assault, a Class B Felony, in connection with one of the abuse claims. He subsequently pled guilty to harassment, a misdemeanor.
